Howard Binsky
Howard Binsky graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1980 and has practised in the provinces of Alberta and Ontario. Howard has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1989. For over 30 years, Howard practiced in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law prior to retiring from full-time practice in 2017.

Tricia Whittle Carty
Tricia holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration from York University. Tricia was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. She joined Binsky Law (now Binsky Whittle) in October 2008. Tricia practises primarily in the areas of real estate and wills

law. Tricia is a member of the Peel Law Association and is dedicated to providing legal services in a manner which is effective, ethical, and client-centred.
