Howard Binsky graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1980 and has practiced in the provinces of Alberta and Ontario. Howard has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1989. In the last five years, Howard’s practice has been focused mainly in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. With over 30 years of experience, Howard excels at resolving legal matters in a timely and efficient manner.
Tricia holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration from York University. Tricia was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. She joined Binsky Law (now Binsky Whittle) in October 2008. Tricia practices primarily in the area of real estate law and is dedicated to providing legal services in a manner which is effective, ethical, and client-centred. Tricia is a member of the Peel Law Association.
Steven Bailey is a licensed paralegal and member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He offers a complete range of legal services to those who require assistance with legal matters. He represents clients in a number of legal arenas, including small claims court, all other boards and tribunals, provincial offences court, criminal court, and traffic enforcement matters within both the federal and provincial court systems. He brings a keen attention to detail and multitasking skills to his work.
